T-WOL's DEI strategy is supported by a committee made up of employees from different functions and levels of seniority who volunteer their time and perspective.
The committee helps shape programmes that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion at T-WOL. This includes helping design initiatives, reviewing policies and practices, and strengthening accountability across the organisation.
Pride at T-WOL is our global employee resource group. This employee-led community offers support, visibility, and advocacy for LGBTQIA+ employees and allies.
The group organises events, creates opportunities for connection, and helps foster awareness, education, and inclusion throughout the company.
Since 2019, we have supported a pioneering women's employee resource group called EmpowHER, with dedicated local chapters across our global offices.
EmpowHER supports women at T-WOL through professional development, mentorship, and community-building. It is open to employees who want to help advance gender equality and support women's growth in the workplace.
