The rules for using T-WOL across public websites, team workspaces, fundraising flows, and partner operations. These terms are designed to protect NGOs, supporters, and every team working in good faith.
These terms govern the public website, account access, organization workspaces, fundraising tools, and partner workflows made available by T-WOL.
Teams must keep credentials secure, maintain accurate organization information, and use permissions in line with their real role and authority.
You may not use the platform for unlawful fundraising, deceptive campaigns, scraping, spam, impersonation, abusive automation, or any activity that harms NGOs, supporters, or partners.
When you collect payments or donations through T-WOL, you remain responsible for lawful use, truthful campaign setup, supporter communications, and any required receipts or notices.
You keep ownership of your content and data. T-WOL receives the limited rights needed to host, secure, process, and display them so the service can operate properly.
We may improve, limit, or suspend parts of the service when needed for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or platform integrity. We aim to give fair notice when practical.
